Shipping

To find out the cost of shipping your order: Add it to the shopping cart by clicking the order button which will take you to your Shopping Cart page. To the right of the items in your card is the Order Summary section. Fill out your information there and the shipping costs and services will appear. You will be able to select the one you would like during checkout. There are no handling charges or added fees. We do not inflate shipping charges to create artificially low prices.

Free Shipping Items: Any item with the Free Shipping will not be charged shipping to anywhere in the continental US. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Military addresses and US Territories. Expedited shipping will incur an additional shipping charge.
PLEASE NOTE CONCERNING REFUNDS ON NON DEFECTIVE FREE SHIPPING ITEMS: The customer is responsible for returning the item as well as any shipping costs we incurred in delivering the order.

Order Status & Tracking: Once your order is placed you start to receive emails from us. You will receive an order approval email with the expected ship date and once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please enter your email address in carefully to guarantee you will receive our email information.

Change of Address Charges:  If a customer requests a change of delivery address after the package has shipped, then we will be glad to contact the carrier and request that change if possible.  There will be a charge per package for this service. This charge varies and will be based on what UPS charges to complete this service.

Pricing and Product Description Errors: While we try to publish accurate and up to date information, sometimes there are errors in pricing or product description. We understand that your purchase is based on these factors, so we will try to work with you to correct the situation. However, when pricing is obviously incorrect (i.e. products with a $0 price) then we will cancel your order and inform you. If a product description is grossly inaccurate, we will give you the option of returning the product at no cost to you or give you a rebate on your order.


Domestic Shipping Information

We ship directly via UPS and USPS. We do have some items that ship directly from the manufacturers and they may only ship via UPS or FedEx. In this instance, the order will be shipped via their available service regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout. The items that this applies to will have this information in the Our Guarantee and Return Info section of the product.

Expedited shipping:  When placing an order and choosing one of our expedited services such as UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, be sure to check the Availability time for the item. This is the amount of time it normally takes to process and ship the item. The product will not ship out sooner than the stated time regardless of shipping method chosen. Once the product does ship, it can then ship using the expedited method.  UPS operates on business days, and this does include their Expedited services.  For example, if your order ships out on a Friday via UPS Next Day Air, it will be delivered on Monday NOT Saturday. Since Covid, UPS has NOT had a guarantee on any of their services other than UPS Next Day Air. This means if an expedited service such as 2nd Day Air is chosen and it takes 3 business days to be delivered, a shipping refund will not be provided. However, if UPS Next Day Air is chosen and the item is not delivered the business day after it is shipped, you can reach out to us to request a shipping refund. Please read below for instances that are an exception to that rule.

Please Note: During peak shipping season and holidays, UPS does not guarantee the delivery time for any of their expedited services. This means that if Next Day Air is chosen and it ends up taking 2 business days, UPS will not give a refund for the shipping expenses. Since they will not refund, we do not offer a refund when this happens either as it is completely out of our control.

Remember: UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes. Choose USPS (if available) if you must ship to a PO Box.
USPS (US Postal Service) Shipping Information:

Alaska, Hawaii , US Territories and APO & FPO military Boxes. Choose USPS Priority
US Territories include Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands Guam, Mariana Islands, Canal Zone. Delivery times vary, especially to military addresses which are longer, but are normally from 3-10 business days. Please note that not all of our products can ship USPS.

International Shipping Information

International Shipping: We currently only ship internationally to Canada via our website. We can ship our smaller items, such as our cover sets, to other international locations. Please reach out to us via email at mail@ewchair.com and provide us with the item and the international ship to address. We will email back with the shipping prices. Duties/taxes/fees vary by country and are NOT covered or provided in these costs and will be required by the receiver upon delivery of the order. We will use the United States Postal Service to ship all of these orders with.
