OUR HISTORY

Everywhere Chair LLC started as a family business in 1990 selling homemade chairs at street festivals and craft shows. Although we don't load up the RV and hit the road anymore, our small-town family values remain.

The webpage – www.EverywhereChair.com started in 2000 with a store built on one of the first ecommerce platforms. Today, the website offers over 150 different chairs, handmade replacement covers, and chair accessories.

In 2008, the newly constructed 6,500 square foot warehouse (pictured below) helped expand our ability to stock a wide range of products and manufacture our own “Made in the USA” chair covers. Our office is the hub for communicating with customers, processing orders, and shipping products directly to you!

Things have changed a bit in the last 30 plus years. Now as a woman-owned business, don’t be surprised to have the owner, Mary Sheldon, answer the phone and tell you “more than you ever wanted to know” about selecting the correct size for a director’s chair replacement cover. As head of Customer Service, Brian Hopson is in charge of processing and shipping orders. And none of this would be possible without the dynamic duo of seamstresses, who hand-make director’s chair covers on-site while drawing on their over 120 years of combined expertise.
