Returns

We offer a 30 day comfort and quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. All shipping for returns of non-defective items must be covered by the customer. Upon receiving the item back to us, a refund for the original item value will be given. No refunds for the original shipping costs or the return shipping will be given.

Exceptions: For some items that we ship directly from the manufacturer, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to the return which will be deducted from your refund. This information is listed under "Our Guarantee & Return Info" on those products.

Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition, with original packaging. Items returned without orginal packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned in a used condition, or abused in any way, will either be returned at customer expense or charged a auction resale fee. Some manufacturers charge a 15% restocking fee when returning merchandise. Any order over $1000 will automatically incur a 15% mandatory restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, for return of non defective merchandise. This does not apply to incorrect orders or defective merchandise. We may require a photograph of the defect or damage.

Customized/Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to the customized nature and the fact that the returned item could not be resold, returns on customized item will not be accepted. If the order is returned to us, we will ship the item back if the customer agrees to cover shipping costs. If not, then we will donate the item to charity.

NOTE: Any orders (unpersonalized or non-custom sized) returned to us because of address issues or marked "Return to Sender" will receive a refund for the item amount ONLY. Shipping will not be refunded. For orders that are personalized or custom sized that are returned because of this, no refund will be given as these items are non-returnable. We will reach out to obtain a new address to have these shipped to, but will require additional shipping to reship. Please enter all address information carefully to avoid this happening.


Return Instructions

Returning an item on EverywhereChair.com is easy. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30 days from the day the shippers tracking shows delivery.

  1. To initiate a return, please send us an email at mail@ewchair.com or give us a call at 828-678-9660. We will need your order reference number or the email address the order was placed under so that we can locate your order. If eligable, we will authorize the return request and send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with return instructions.
  2. Package your item(s) securely and ship them using the carrier of your choice. It is important that the package has tracking information is case of loss or damage. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for return of non-defective items. If you would prefer that we send you a prepaid shipping label to affix to the package, then please call us at 828-678-9660 and we will email the label with instructions. Our actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in this case. If the return is our fault, we will cover shipping.

Defective Product and Warranty

Different manufacturers offer different warranties on their products. Most products have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage due to use and weather are not manufacturer defects and will not be covered under warranty. After our initial 30 day Guarantee, it is up to the manufacturers discretion if the product will be covered by warranty. We will need detailed pictures of the product showing any defects.

For the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace or repair the product at no charge to the customer for any defect. If the original item is not available, we will offer a similar or better item as a replacement. If the customer would rather have a refund and not a replacement, then the customer will be responsible at their expense for returning the defective item to us for inspection. Upon inspection, we will give a full refund for the defective product and any original shipping charges. The shipping for returning the chair to us will not be reimbursed.

Following this 30 day period, we will provide information and assist in exercising the manufacturer's warranty. No cash refunds will be given for the defective product after 30 days, only repair or replacement according to how the manufacturer wants to handle it.
