While most other online stores offer only a 30 day warranty on their products. Everywhere Chair offers a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY on most of the products we sell (exceptions are noted under the "Shipping & Warranty tab). The one blanket exception is our director chair covers and other fabric slings, which are warranted for 60 days after delivery. In case of failure, we will replace the cover free of charge. We will require a picture of the defective item. Damages due to product misuse are not covered under this warranty.
For the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace or repair the product at no charge to the customer for any defect. If the original item is not available, we will offer a similar or better item as a replacement. If the customer would rather have a refund and not a replacement, then the customer will be responsible at their expense for returning the defective item to us for inspection. Upon inspection, we will give a full refund for the defective product and any original shipping charges. Any repairs or replacements due to item abuse or misuse will not be covered by us or the warranty and all fees associated with this will be required by the customer.
Following this 30 day period, we will provide information and assist in exercising the manufacturer's warranty. We may require Digital pictures of the defect and/or returning the product to us. No cash refunds will be given for the defective product after 30 days, only repair, replacement or in store credit.
Non-Stock fabric: Customers that either send in or request non-stock fabric sewn items, please note there is NO warranty on these products and they are NON returnable. This includes ripping of the fabric, sun damage, mold issues, shrinkage, etc. The customer will be fully responsible for these items.
